Tanzania, officially known as the ‘United Republic of Tanzania’, is a beautiful East African country bordered to the north by Kenya and Uganda, to the west by the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and to the south by Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique. The eastern border of the country is made up by the Indian Ocean, and Africa’s tallest mountain (Mt Kilimanjaro) can be found in the north-eastern sections of the region.
