2026 Early Bird Black Friday Promotion Terms & Conditions
General Promotional Rules
- Sale Period: The Black Friday Sale officially opens at 07h00 (CAT) on Friday, October 2, 2026, and closes at 17h00 (CAT) on Monday, November 30, 2026.
- Tour Eligibility: The promotion applies to selected explorer, classic, and comfort tours listed for departure in 2027.
- Standard Terms Apply: These promotional conditions are supplementary. Apart from the rules outlined below, all standard booking terms, conditions, and cancellation policies continue to apply.
- Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and the minimum passenger numbers required to confirm a departure.
Discount Application & Exclusions
- Discount Scope: The discount applies strictly to the base tour price only. It explicitly excludes single supplements, gorilla permits, chimp permits, pre- and post-tour services, and any other related costs.
- Guest Details: Full names and surnames of all guests must be supplied at the time of the booking request. No bookings will be accepted without complete guest details.
- New Bookings: This promotion is valid on new bookings only. Existing confirmed bookings will not be eligible for this deal.
- Provisional Bookings: The deal can be retroactively applied to an active existing provisional booking, provided it is explicitly requested.
- No Stacking: This deal cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
Provisional Bookings & Deadlines
- Standard Provisional Window: Provisional bookings are valid for 7 days, with extensions permitted strictly on a case-by-case basis. Please monitor the specific expiry date provided by your consultant to avoid automatic expiration.
- Late Sale Bookings: Any provisional booking received on Friday, November 27, 2026, will only be valid for 48 hours under this promotional deal.
- Hard Cut-Off: Any provisional booking that is not fully confirmed by 17h00 (CAT) on November 30, 2026, will not be extended under this promotional rate.
