Visit the gorgeous wildlife sanctuary of Karongwe Private Game Reserve, which is situated in the Greater Kruger region. Talk about attempts to safeguard the area’s cheetahs and other predators with a researcher from the Endangered Wildlife Trust’s Cheetah Metapopulation Project, which is partially funded by National Geographic’s Big Cats Initiative. After that, the researcher goes on a wildlife viewing trip with us through the reserve.
Experience ranger-led morning and evening wildlife safari drives in an open safari vehicle within Karongwe Nature Reserve over the following two days, with the goal of spotting Africa’s renowned Big Five. Karongwe Private Game Reserve is home to a wide variety of animals and has over 9,000 hectares (22,240 acres) of the best African bushveld. There are several possibilities to watch wildlife throughout our safari drives.
Within the reserve, we make use of a variety of accommodations (the placement is dependent on availability). You will have the option of staying in luxurious lodge rooms or cozy permanent tents during your visit (both of same quality and with similar amenities).
