If Namibia is ‘Africa for beginners’ then this safari tour is the best way to start. Revel in the stark beauty of the world’s oldest desert while quad biking across lunar landscapes, plunging down gigantic sand dunes, and camping out under a sea of stars. And when you start to wonder if you’ve fallen off the end of the earth, Etosha National Park surprises with big cats, bigger elephants, black rhinos and plains game in abundance.
11 Day Best of Namibia Safari
Our 11 Day Best of Namibia Budget Safari starts and ends in the capital city of Windhoek heading south to the Namib Desert, before following an "off the beaten track" route to the desolate Skeleton Coast, Twyfelfontein and Palmwag. Compliment that with a few days of game viewing in the wildlife rich Etosha National Park.

We leave the city life behind us and head for the wide-open plains of the vast Namib Rand Nature Reserve. We journey through remote farming towns where we will have time to mingle with the locals when shopping and enter into the heart of the Namib Rand by the late afternoon to a camp nestled against an incredibly picturesque rock outcrop. Here we will have plenty of time to see the variety of desert-adapted ecology and wildlife as we go on various walks and day and night game drives.
