Day 1

Windhoek, Namibia

Your luxury Namibian journey commences in Windhoek, the country’s vibrant capital. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional guide and transferred in comfort to your accommodation. Settle into the elegance of The Weinberg Windhoek Gondwana Collection Namibia, or a similar standard, for your first night. Located in Central Namibia, Windhoek offers a mix of historical architecture and modern buildings, with a colonial legacy reflected in its German influences. This initial night is on a Bed and Breakfast (B&B) basis, providing an ideal way to unwind after your international flight. The afternoon and evening are yours to relax at leisure.

Day 2 - 3

Windhoek – Sossusvlei, Namibia

Exploring the Iconic Namib Desert – Sossusvlei, Sesriem & Deadvlei Setting out from Windhoek with your guide, your adventure takes you southwest through the picturesque Khomas Hochland highlands. You will descend the dramatic escarpment into the iconic Namib Desert, taking in the ever-changing landscapes. Your base for two nights is the luxurious Wilderness Little Kulala, situated on a private concession close to the famous Sossusvlei dunes. Your stay here is Fully Inclusive (FI), covering Bed, All Meals, Fees, and Activities. These days are dedicated to exploring the highlights of the Namib Desert. You’ll marvel at the towering sand dunes of Sossusvlei, some of the highest in the world, particularly striking in the morning and evening light. Explore the depths of Sesriem Canyon, a natural wonder carved by the Tsauchab River. Wander among the ancient, petrified trees of Deadvlei, creating a surreal spectacle against the red-pink dunes—a photographer’s dream. Day 4 - 5

Swakopmund, Namibia

Coastal Charm in Swakopmund The journey continues northwest towards the Atlantic coast, passing through the dramatic Gaub and Kuiseb canyons before reaching the port town of Walvis Bay. Here, you’ll visit the lagoon, a haven for birdlife, where you can observe an impressive array of pelicans, flamingos, and other seabirds. Continue north to the charming coastal town of Swakopmund, known for its wide-open avenues, colonial architecture, and surrounding desert terrain. Often described as being more German than Germany, it offers a unique blend of influences. Your accommodation for two nights is the Strand Hotel Swakopmund, beautifully situated right on the water’s edge, on a Full Board (FB) basis, including Dinner, Bed, Breakfast, and Lunch. Day 5 is yours to explore Swakopmund at your own pace. You can stroll along the beach or waterfront, visit the museum or aquarium, or choose from a variety of optional adventure activities such as boat tours, scenic flights, quad-biking, sandboarding, or skydiving. Your guide can assist with arranging optional activities, which are at your own risk and expense. You will enjoy meals, including some taken at local restaurants.

Day 6 - 7

Twyfelfontein, Namibia

After breakfast, depart Swakopmund and journey inland into the rugged beauty of Damaraland in northwestern Namibia, passing the imposing Brandberg Massif. Damaraland is renowned for its dramatic geology, striking displays of color, flat-topped mountains, fascinating rock formations, and unique vegetation, shaped by millions of years of erosion. Your accommodation for two nights is Mowani Mountain Camp in the Twyfelfontein area, on a Full Board Plus (FB+) basis, which includes Dinner, Bed, Breakfast, Lunch, and Activities. This region is home to unique plant species and offers the chance to encounter fascinating desert-adapted wildlife, including elephant, rhino, zebra, and lion. The area around Twyfelfontein is a UNESCO World Heritage Site boasting one of the richest rock art concentrations in Africa. You’ll visit the ancient Twyfelfontein rock engravings, the intriguing Burnt Mountain, and the remarkable Organ Pipes. Ongava Private Game Reserve, Namibia

Today, your journey continues northeast towards the legendary Etosha National Park area. You will enter the renowned Ongava Game Reserve, a prolific private sanctuary sharing Etosha’s southern boundary. Ongava is considered one of the top private game reserves in the region, known for conservation, research, and exciting safari experiences. Your accommodation for one night is Ongava Tented Camp, nestled in a hidden valley overlooking a waterhole. Day 9 - 10

Onguma Game Reserve, Namibia

Continuing your safari experience, you will spend two nights at Onguma Nature Reserve, situated east of Etosha, bordering Fisher’s Pan. Your accommodation is Onguma Bush Camp, ideal for families and offering views over a waterhole. Your stay is on a Full Board Plus (FB+) basis, covering Dinner, Bed, Breakfast, Lunch, and Activities. Okonjima Nature Reserve, Namibia

The tour concludes its wildlife journey at Okonjima Nature Reserve, located midway between Etosha and Windhoek. Nestled at the base of the Omboroko Mountains, Okonjima is renowned as a sanctuary for Namibia’s wildcats and home to the world’s largest free-ranging population of cheetah. The reserve was established as a refuge for rehabilitated predators, providing a safe haven for cheetah, leopard, spotted hyena, African wild dog, and antelope species. Your accommodation for one night is the elegant Okonjima Luxury Bush Camp, situated within a 2,000-ha enclosed wilderness area. Day 12

Windhoek,  Namibia

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at Okonjima Luxury Bush Camp. After lunch, your 12-day luxury tour concludes with a scenic drive back to Windhoek. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the renowned craft market in Okahandja, an excellent place for unique Namibian souvenirs. Upon arrival in Windhoek, you will be transferred to Hosea Kutako International Airport [WDH] for your onward flight or to your accommodation in the city (booked separately). Your experience included all national park and conservation fees, selected meals as specified (including Breakfast & lunch on Day 12), and medical evacuation insurance for your peace of mind.

Your lodge safari will travel the remote and popular regions of Namibia on both tar and gravel roads. Enroute you will see diverse landscapes and experience Namibia's unique highlights, history and cultures. You will also enjoy game drives in renown national parks. Namibia is a vast country and for this reason there will be many long driving distances to explore it's length and breadth. Your Namibia lodge safari will accommodate you in comfortable rooms with en-suites and friendly service. Your group will consist of min 2 and maximum 6 people who ould be couples, friends or solo travelers. You will enjoy the trip if you maintain a flexible mindset as unexpected hundles may arise along the tour which require patience and an open mind along with a dash of humour. You can expect to have breakfast around 8am and dinners will generally be at 8pm in the evening. Your guide will determine the time to leave based on the day's itinerary and your needs.
