Bushways Semi-participation Safaris – Adventures maintaining the exhilarating spirit of the pioneer.
Description: camping safari requiring a minimum participation from the guests, i.e.: setting up the tent and packing it / carrying their bag from/to vehicle at campsites. The rest of the camp chores are carried out by the team made up of one guide and one camp assistant.
Campsites: Tents are 2.1m x 2.1m x 1.75m. A 5cm high density foam mattress is provided for each guest. Ablutions are shared and bush ablutions set up by our team when staying in game reserves and national park campsites.

Description: camping safari where all camp chores are carried out by our teams. There is one guide with the guests at all times and a back up team (chef + camp assistants) in a backup vehicle setting up and breaking camps, cooking meals, etc.
Campsites: Very spacious tents (3m x 3m x 1.95m) with bedrolls and bedding included and ensuite private bush ablutions (shower, toilet, toiletry stand) with direct access from the tent. All drinks included (softs, local alcoholic drinks, still water).
Maximum 9 travellers so that everyone gets a window seat. Departure is guaranteed with one traveller.

The Bush Ways Accommodated safari offers travellers the opportunity to explore the most amazing wilderness areas of Botswana, Namibia and Zambia, simultaneously providing the comfort of permanent camps and lodges with the incredible privilege of being introduced to these fantastic natural wonders from beginning to end by one of the passionate Bush Ways guides.
This lodge-to-lodge mobile safari itinerary is around a 3-star standing and offers a lot of activities. Transportation between lodges is done in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus. The activities are carried out in the various lodges where we are staying using the lodge game drive vehicles, boats and mokoros (traditional dugout canoes). Maximum 10 guests. Departures are guaranteed from 4 travellers confirmed on a tour.
Bushways Safari Vehicles
Bushways vehicles are custom-built 4×4 safari vehicles with one backup vehicle specifically dedicated to setting-up/packing the camp. The windscreen folds up and the roof is made of canvas that can also be folded up. The sides are open for unobstructed views.
Bushway Safaris Food on Tour
On camping tours your morning will usually start off with coffee and rusks depending on how much time we have before setting off to see the sunrise or travel. If we have more time bread/toast, spreads, cereals or fruit will be served, or a hot breakfast such as bacon and eggs will be cooked.
Lunches include sandwiches with a variety of fillings and salads. You can enjoy tasty meals from local organic ingredients that are purchased from the communities. Meals such as curries, stews, pastas, braais and even roasts will be enjoyed around the campfire.
The lodge tours provide meals at the establishment where restaurant-quality meals can be enjoyed.
