Arrive in Windhoek, the starting point of your incredible Namibia to Cape Town overland safari. Settle in and, after a brief welcome meeting, opt to kick off your adventure with a delicious group dinner at a local restaurant, connecting with your fellow travellers.

Day 2: Windhoek – Waterberg Plateau, Namibia

Your overland adventure vehicle awaits ready to journey to the Waterberg Plateau. En route, experience a visit to the Penduka Village Restaurant & Shop outside Windhoek, where you can enjoy a tasty packed lunch and support the local community. Spend the afternoon enjoying the natural, wild surroundings of your campsite at the Waterberg Plateau.

Day 3: Waterberg Plateau – Etosha National Park, Namibia

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the travel days like?

This is not a physically challenging tour, however the travelling can be difficult on long drives with poor road conditions. Long distances are covered between national parks and game drives are also spend driving around the park in search of wildlife. Yet the diversity and beautiful scenery of this African landscape combined with meeting the local tribes and learning about their cultures truly enhances the experience.  

What if I'm travelling solo?

Our group trips are designed for shared accommodation so the single supplement is optional based on whether you require a private room. We pair single travellers in twin accommodation with someone of the same sex for the duration of your tour.
